These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.tavio.cloud ("Website") and your purchase and use of Tavio products and related services.
Tavio provides NFC-enabled physical cards designed to make sharing contact and professional information simple through NFC technology and QR codes.
By accessing the Website, placing an order, purchasing a Tavio card, or using any Tavio digital service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or our services.
Tavio is an NFC-based contact-sharing product that combines a physical NFC card with a digital contact/profile page. Depending on the product and features available, Tavio may allow users to:

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Tavio may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Tavio cards are physical NFC-enabled products intended primarily for contact and professional information sharing.
Product images shown on the Website are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in colour, finish, printing, dimensions, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes and differences between displays. Such reasonable variations do not constitute a defect.
Tavio cards use Near Field Communication (NFC) technology. NFC functionality depends on the device being used to scan or interact with the card. Some devices may require NFC to be enabled.
Tavio does not guarantee compatibility with every smartphone, tablet, operating system, browser, NFC reader, or device. NFC functionality may be affected by device compatibility, NFC settings, operating-system restrictions, browser settings, internet connectivity, third-party software, device hardware, or changes made by device manufacturers.
Where available, a QR code may provide an alternative method of accessing a Tavio profile.
Tavio may provide users with a digital profile associated with their physical card. Users may be able to add information including name, designation, company, phone number, email address, website, social-media links, profile photograph, professional description, and other contact or professional information supported by Tavio.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and lawful. You must not use your Tavio profile to publish:
A fundamental feature of Tavio is the ability to share information with other people. Information added to your digital profile may be accessible to anyone who receives or scans your card or otherwise obtains access to your profile. You are responsible for deciding what information you make available.
You should not publish passwords, financial information, authentication codes, government identification numbers, confidential information, or other sensitive information through a publicly accessible Tavio profile.
Tavio is not responsible for how a recipient subsequently uses information that you voluntarily make available through your profile.
Orders placed through the Website are subject to product availability and acceptance. Tavio reserves the right to correct pricing or product information errors, limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, contact you to verify order information, and cancel orders involving suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the applicable refund process.
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, or other mandatory charges will be communicated during the purchase process where applicable.
Tavio may change product prices from time to time. Any price applicable to an order that has already been successfully accepted will generally remain applicable to that order, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.
Tavio currently accepts payments only through UPI. When placing an order, you may be provided with a UPI ID, QR code, payment link, or another UPI-based payment mechanism.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment is made for the correct order, the payment amount is correct, the transaction is completed successfully, and the payment reference or transaction information is retained where necessary.
An order may not be processed until the required payment has been successfully verified. Tavio will not ask you to share your UPI PIN, OTP, password, or banking credentials.
Never share your UPI PIN or OTP with anyone claiming to represent Tavio.
If a payment is made incorrectly, duplicated, or associated with an order that cannot be fulfilled, please contact us at taviocard@gmail.com.
Tavio products are shipped to the address provided during checkout or order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, logistics disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information. Shipping charges, delivery timelines, serviceable locations, and procedures relating to lost or damaged shipments may be specified in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by Tavio's applicable Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. Where products are personalised or customised, different return or cancellation conditions may apply, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
If your Tavio card arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, contact us at taviocard@gmail.com. Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs or other evidence of the issue.
Where the issue is verified, Tavio may provide an appropriate remedy such as replacement or refund in accordance with the applicable policy and law.
If Tavio offers customised cards or personalised products, you are responsible for checking the information supplied to us before production. You confirm that you have the right to use any name, logo, photograph, trademark, design, artwork, or other material provided for customisation.
Tavio may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
The Tavio name, logo, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product designs, text, software, interfaces, and other Website content are owned by or licensed to Tavio.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit Tavio intellectual property without permission. Purchasing a Tavio product does not transfer ownership of Tavio's intellectual property.
Tavio may rely on third-party services for certain functions, including hosting, domain services, payment processing, UPI processing, shipping, analytics, email, cloud infrastructure, security, and other technical services.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Tavio is not responsible for the independent operation or policies of third-party services, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
We aim to keep Tavio services available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, internet or network failures, security incidents, third-party service interruptions, technical problems, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Tavio may modify or temporarily suspend features where reasonably necessary.
Tavio uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect its systems and information. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting any login credentials or account information associated with your Tavio profile. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us at taviocard@gmail.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tavio services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every device will support NFC functionality, the Website will always be available, every feature will operate without interruption, third-party services will always be available, or user-provided profile information will always be accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tavio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Website or services. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Tavio profiles must not be used for fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, impersonation, malware distribution, illegal activities, misleading commercial activity, infringement of intellectual-property rights, or collection of information through deceptive means.
Tavio may suspend or remove a profile that violates these requirements or applicable law.
Tavio may suspend or terminate access to a digital profile or service where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, protect Tavio systems, comply with applicable law, investigate violations, or enforce these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking such action.
Your use of Tavio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Tavio may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page together with the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections applicable to you.
